The Trust’s Scholarship Program is currently focused on assisting students for their professional courses in Engineering, Technology, Management, Law, Nursing, Medicine and Dental sciences. Scholarship is awarded to students who have excelled in their academics and wish to continue studies further. It is a Pure Scholarship, Not a Loan which need not be paid back. Scholarship is awarded to regular courses (any) which are recognized by the boards or universities.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Residents of Karnataka

2. Refer the below table for cut off % for different courses

3. Students whose entire family income from all sources is less than Rs. One lac per year shall be eligible to apply

4. Only those who study in reputed colleges on regular basis, affiliated to university of repute are eligible to apply

5. Those who study through correspondence or in Part time colleges are not eligible to apply

6. All the applications will be scrutinized thoroughly, economically weaker and meritorious students will be awarded with scholarship

7. Students should have bank account number in any of the core banking facility branch

8. Following courses shall be eligible for Scholarships:

- Students of Graduate Courses like: B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BFA, Homeopathy, B. Pharma, BCA, BBM, Nursing, Law (LLB) Diploma, ITI etc.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Please keep the following documents ready:

1.Passport size photo

2.SSLC/10th, PUC/12th marks card

3.Previous year/previous semester mark sheet of UG or PG (currently pursuing)

4.Income certificate of family

5.Copy of Admission receipt or fee receipt

6.Copy of Identity card (if provided by the university)

7.Copy of candidate’s Bank account passbook

8.IFSC Code

9.Copy of ADHAAR card.

10.Family Ration Card

11.Domicile Certificate

12.Caste Certificate (if applicable)

APPLICATION STEPS

· Step 1: Create new Log In

i. Read all the instructions carefully before creating user accounts..

ii. At the end of this page click on Apply now to create new user account.

iii. To create new account click on Register! if you have not already a user. You must have a valid email ID, Adhaar no. and mobile number for registering.

iv. After entering data click on Register.

v. Your User ID and Password will display on the screen for the first time

vi. You can Login now using your Login credentials displayed in the screen.

vii. Post sucessfull login, consider changing your password

viii. One user can create many applications in this login.

· Step 2: Already Logged in students can use the credentials to complete the online application process

i. Registered students can enter their user ID and Password and click on Login.

ii. After login students can change their password using the change password link. Also forgot password link is available for the user to reset the password.

· Step 3: Fill the Application (All fields are mandatory)

i. Online application consists of 5 steps in which student have to enter Personal Details, Previous Education details, Present Education details and Bank details, all the fields are compulsory.

ii. Refer cut off percentage table before applying

iii. After filling all the details, student can verify the details by moving to the next page or previous page and Submit the application.

iv. After submitting the application take a printout of the application.

v. If student want to make any correction in the application, you can edit the application before taking the printout.

vi. You will get application with number mentioned on it.

vii. Affix passport size photo on the printed application photo column. Get the signature from your parents. Get the signature from college Principal/ HOD/Director along with the seal where you are taken admission.

viii. After getting signature from parents and Institute. Scan the application and upload along with other documents. After uploading all the documents submission status will be changed to Submitted by itself.

ix. Application will gets submitted automatically after uploading all the relevent documents.

x. This will complete the online application process.

xi. After final submission editing is not allowed.

NOTE

1. The last date for applying online application 31.07.202
2. If applicant do not upload necessary documents will lead to the rejection of your application. If uploaded document is not clearly visible this also will lead to rejection of your application
3. Only online Applications with application number and with required documents will be accepted, Don’t send any type of applications by post / courier
4. Any issues and queries related to the online application send e-mail to drssjkt@gmail.com Queries over the phone or by postal letter will not be replied
5. Trust will not resend scholarship amount if it is rejected due to incorrect account number provided by the student. Make sure that you provide correct bank account number with IFSC code and student name

7. Applicant can check selection of student list in this website. Applicant can also check the status of your application using your login credentials

Disbursement of Scholarship:

· The selected students will receive scholarship amount directly to Bank Account number of the student provided in the application form

· If a student leaves or discontinue the course, it shall be his/her duty and the duty of the Principal/Head of the Institution to provide intimation to trust by e-mail
