drivers are required for bus driving of Bidar-1, Bidar-2 Bhalki, Basava Kalyan
and Humanabad units of Kalyan Karnataka Road Transport Corporation under Bidar
division on outsourced basis.

Due Date: Live interview is being conducted for the post of
Driver from 03.02.2026 to 04.02.2026 during office hours of Bidar Divisional
Office of transport Corporation, Old Bus Stand. Candidates will have to attend
the interview in the presence of the Selection Committee at their own expense.

A. Original documents to be submitted:

1) SSLC Original Marksheet

3) Marksheet and document verification report of having participated in and
passed the computerized driving track test in Kakarsa Corporation or sister
institutions like Kararasa Corporation/ Bemasa Corporation/ Vakarsa
Corporation.
4) Aadhaar Card
5) Caste Certificate
6) 4 recent passport size photographs.
7) Candidate's age as on 04.02.2026 should be at least 24 years and should not
exceed the maximum age limit as given below.
General Category. 35 years, Category 2A, 2B, 3A & 3B: 38 years and
Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Category-1: 40 years.

1) ಬೀದರ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಬೀದರ-1, ಬೀದರ-2, ಭಾಲ್ಕಿ, ಬಸವಕಲ್ಯಾಣ. ಔರಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಹುಮನಾಬಾದ ಘಟಕಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಘಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಸಿದ್ಧರಿರಬೇಕು.
2) ಚಾಲಕ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ ವೇತನವು ಚಾಲ್ತಿ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ವೇತನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಗೈರು ಹಾಜರಾದಲ್ಲಿ ತತ್ಸಮಾನವಾಗಿ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಕಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗವುದು.
3) ಚಾಲಕ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಾಗಿ ಗಣಕೀಕೃತ ಚಾಲನಾ ಪಥದ ಟ್ರೇಡ್ ಟೆಸ್ಟ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವದು.
4) ಸದರಿ ಹೊರಗುತ್ತಿಗೆಯ ನಿಯೋಜನೆಯು ಗರಿಷ್ಟ (11) ಹನ್ನೊಂದು ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.
5) ನಿಗಮದ ಅವಶ್ಯತೆಗನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಯಾವದೇ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸದರಿ ಹೊರಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಆದೇಶ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
5) ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಗೊಂದಲ ಉಂಟಾದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗಮದ ನಿರ್ಣಯವೇ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
6) ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಗೊತ್ತು ಪಡಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕಗಳಂದು ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮುಂಜಾನೆ 12.00 ಗಂಟೆಯ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಕಕರಸಾ ನಿಗಮದ ವಿಭಾಗೀಯ ಕಛೇರಿ ಬೀದರನಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ನೊಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ನಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಹೆಸರುಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಹೆಸರುಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
7) ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಂದರ್ಶನದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಎರಡು (2) ಸೆಟ್ ಛಾಯಾ ಪ್ರತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು. ಹಾಗು ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ 02 ಪಾಸಪೋರ್ಟ ಅಳತೆಯ ಫೋಟೋಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವದು.
8) ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮೆರಿಟ್ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಚಲಿತ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಯಂತೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಕಾರಣ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಮೀಷಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಬಾರದೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
9. ಮುಂಬರುವ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಅರ್ಭ್ಯಥಿ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು,
10 ಈ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯು ಯಾವುದೇ ಖಾಯಂ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಾಗಿ ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸತಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲ.
1. Other
conditions:
1) Should
be willing to work in any of the units of Bidar Division, Bidar-1, Bidar-2,
Bhalki, Basavakalyan. Aura and Humanabha.
2) The
monthly salary for the post of Driver will be paid as per the prevailing
minimum wage. In case of absence from duty, the salary will be reduced
accordingly.
3) Only
candidates who have passed the Computerized Driving Path Trade Test will be
considered for the post of Driver.
4) The
said outsourcing assignment will be for a maximum period of (11) eleven months
only.
5) The
said outsourcing order can be cancelled at any time as per the requirement of
the Corporation.
5) In
case of any dispute, the decision of the Corporation shall be final.
6)
Candidates appearing for the interview on the dates fixed for the interview
should register their names at the Divisional Office of Kakarsa Corporation,
Bidar by 12.00 noon. The names of candidates appearing later will not be
registered. Only those who have registered their names in advance will be
allowed to appear for the interview.
7)
Candidates appearing for the interview should provide two (2) sets of
photocopies of original documents along with the same. And submit 02 recent
passport size photographs.
8) This
recruitment is temporary and a selection list will be prepared on the basis of
merit in a transparent manner as per the prevailing rules. It is informed that
no reason should be given to inducement.
9. If
there is a requirement of personnel in the coming days, the candidates who
qualify in this interview will be considered as per the rules,
